茶径村在惠州市惠城区汝湖镇境内，是一个行政村，村内原有一条小径，两旁种满茶树，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
50年代初分东、中、西三个初级社，1955至1956年改三个高级社；1959年为中西营，1970年为东升大队，1972至1973年称茶径大队；1979至2002年设管理区，2003年后撤区设村委会。[1]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
