历史沿革[edit]
这里与上围村原同属长湖：1966年是博罗县汝湖公社长湖大队，1988年起为汝湖镇长湖管理区，1995年5月长湖一分为二，下围另立管理区，1998年撤区改村，定名下围村委会。[1]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
