历史沿革[edit]
50年代初分上、下片初级社，1956至1957年分上、下片高级社；1958年与仍北片组成东北营，1960年称上仍头大队；1964年与村尾、村头合并为仍东大队，到1976年；1985至1999年设管理区，2000年后设上仍头村委会。[1]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
