历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网转录的资料，魏姓先民因避兵灾，自南雄珠玑巷迁此垦殖；开村之初有许多白鹭栖息，称鹭渚乡，明代改称鹭涌村，后以谐音定为路涌[1]。1452年（景泰三年）顺德设县，此地归马宁都龙渚堡；至清末1908年，又属第八区的鹭涌村[1]。2019年9月，路涌村进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单[1]。
