历史沿革[edit]
约1084年（北宋元丰年间），来自福建莆田的杜姓，连同朱、蔡、杨、许、陈、李六姓，在洲头、坟埕两处立村。1938年下王、坟埕、洲头合称德邻乡，取“以德为邻”之意。1993年7月德邻管理区分为立德和槐南两个管理区。[2]
人口姓氏[edit]
村域0.8平方千米，耕地740亩。2009年底999户4259人，有杜、林、黄等16姓，杜为主姓。[2]
经济[edit]
1918年至1938年村里金纸业兴盛，一度有12家铺子；1938年起腌冬菜，1946年村民建莲南火柴厂，1979至1981年抽纱业最盛，女工800多人。村内有园林片、沙田两个工业区，截至2008年底有企业172家，莲阳市场、朝阳市场分别开办于1993年、1995年。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中浮庙始建时间不详，1766年（清乾隆三十一年）曾修；还有宋代朝奉大夫墓、明代武德将军墓。[2]
