历史沿革[edit]
社区的名称来自驻地六里街。[1]六里在1977年一度设为公社，2003年时为六里镇，2004年撤镇，并入官渡镇。[1][2]
文化[edit]
六里街邮政路上建有文安摄影艺术馆，由六里籍的国际摄影家涂文安亲自设计并出资兴建，施工三年，2015年7月竣工，占地约3000平方米，对外免费开放。[2][3]
荣誉[edit]
- 2019年9月，六里社区列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
