新兴村是广东省揭阳市普宁市南溪镇下辖的行政村，村内有人口878人。白马公路沿村经过。[1]

村有耕地265亩，主产柑橘和芒果。村中设有屠场2个，妇女多从事抽纱、珠绣加工。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建村年份，博雅地名网两处记载不同：基本介绍作公元1820年，历史沿革作清朝末年的1800年。两处都说是从揭西县的一个村子迁来的移民所建。[1]

1949年归浮山乡公所，1956年归平山乡管区，1984年划为乡辖，隶属南溪区；1987年起隶属南溪镇；1999年改称新兴村委会，沿用至今。[1]
