狮村是广东省肇庆市广宁县坑口镇西南部的行政村，是革命老区村；村名源自旧称“石狮咀”。[1]
据称此地地形像狮子，村居又在山咀旁，得名石狮咀，人民公社时期简称狮村。[1]村距县城25公里、距坑口圩镇4公里，辖20个村民小组，625户、2371人，茶杆竹种植面积800多亩，设3间竹器加工厂，并成立了坑口镇永顺茶竹专业合作社。[1]
清道光时属顾溪铺；1930年为狮村、丽坑二乡，属八区；1958年设狮村大队，1983年起改称狮村乡，1987年设狮村村委会，1989年称狮村管理区，1998年起为狮村村民委员会。[1]1926年，中共狮村支部在村内成立。[2]
