历史沿革[edit]
社区名取自穿过镇区的新兴路。1994年5月，为适应服装业发展和镇区扩大，从原第一居委的辖区分出新的第六居民委员会；同年设公平镇第六居委会，接着2004年8月改设新兴居委会，10月称新兴社区。[1]
