新兴村在广东省江门市江海区礼乐街道北面，东邻新华村，南连新丰村，西靠江礼公路，北至礼义路，由仁让里、西兴里、纸扇里、仁兴里四个里组成。[1]

村内有刻着“朱紫岸”的牌坊门楼，与新华村共有一座寺庙。[1] 新兴篮球队自2002年起多次在礼乐街道篮球联赛和春节村际赛中夺冠。[1]
