黄屋村在岭背镇北部，离镇圩约4公里，下辖15个村民小组，由镇到村车程约15分钟。2005年4月，水牯陂村委会撤销后并入黄屋村委会。[1][3]

人口与经济[edit]

2013年底，全村650户、2719人，劳动力1506人。耕地3514亩，水田1736亩，另有旱地1778亩。2014年，全村经济收入约2249万元，其中村集体收入15万元。[1][2]

村庄建设[edit]

村里的梅花村小组，其美丽乡村建设被确定为市级示范点。2025年，村里借「百千万工程」典型村培育建设的机遇，计划投入11万元开展乡村绿化，在黄屋河岸沿线种植紫薇、桂花，形成景观带。[1][4]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月公布的名单中，黄屋村为「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
