松木村位于岭背镇南面，距镇圩约13公里，下辖12个村民小组，辖区面积不大，毗邻岗头村和牛备村。村名的来由是村中旧时以种松树为主。[1]

2013年底，全村369户、1810人，劳动力605人。耕地约2525亩，其中旱地2122亩，水田仅403亩。2014年村集体经济收入8万元，农民年人均收入6994元。[1][2]
