中和村是河朗镇下辖的行政村，其聚落可追溯到明万历年间。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，明万历年间，汉人迁入此前瑶人居住过的那银寨定居，该地后来称罗银寨。[1]

1951年，中和乡自中南乡分立；1958年成为大队，1983年转为乡政府，1986年为村委会，1989年为管理区。1999年3月，中和村委会经阳春市人民政府批准设立。[1]

经济[edit]

首批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村的名单，于2020年8月由广东省农业农村厅公布，中和村以茶叶入选。[1]

文化[edit]

「2023年度阳江市卫生村」授予大厅村、大巷村和银寨村（2023年10月）；「2021年度阳江市卫生村」授予石根村（2021年12月）。[1]

2026年1月，中和村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号。[1]
