历史沿革[edit]

河塘在1958年成为蓝塘公社的河塘大队，1982年前未有改动。改革开放以后依次为乡（1983年）、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年）；1999年管理区撤销，成立河塘村民委员会，至今未变。2004年12月，原黄沙村并入河塘村。[2][1]
