百罗村在蓝塘镇，村头有百雅岗，村尾有罗屋山，各取一字合成村名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
百罗1958年随加元大队归蓝塘公社；1961年分出单设百罗大队，1963年并回加元，1974年再度分设。其后的建制变动是：1983年大队转为乡，1987年起叫村委会，1989年又称管理区，1999年撤去管理区，改设百罗村民委员会，名称沿用至今。[1]
百罗村在2019年10月公布的「2019年广东省卫生村」名单内。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村里的烈三张公祠是清代古建筑，在第四批河源市文物保护单位之列。[2]
