茜坑村在蓝塘镇，山坑里长满茜草，村名据此而来；村里种三红蜜柚，是省级「一村一品」专业村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
茜坑1958年随坣雅大队归蓝塘公社；1961至1962年有石城公社，茜坑大队属之，1963年石城公社撤销，茜坑又并回坣雅大队，1975年才重新单设茜坑大队。改革开放以后依次为乡（1983年）、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年）；1999年管理区撤销，成立茜坑村民委员会，至今未变。[1]
茜坑村曾列入「2019年广东省卫生村」（2019年10月）；2021年9月，省农业农村厅公布的「第二批广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业村」里有它，品种是三红蜜柚；它还是「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位（2023年4月公布），2024年4月又进入省第一批乡村振兴示范村的创建名单。[1]
