半径村在蓝塘镇，村名来自村民聚居处恰在一条山径中段。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
半径1958年起为蓝塘公社的半径大队，1982年前建制不变。进入八十年代，先在1983年转为乡，1987年称村委会；1989年设管理区，1999年再撤区设半径村民委员会，这一名称保留到现在。[1]
半径村是「2019年广东省卫生村」之一（2019年10月）；2024年1月，又被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
