历史沿革[edit]

和睦自1958年起就是蓝塘公社下的和睦大队，1982年以前建制不变。进入八十年代，先在1983年转为乡，1987年称村委会；1989年设管理区，1999年再撤区设和睦村民委员会，这一名称保留到现在。[1]
