笏雅村是海丰县公平镇的行政村，在县城东北约12公里的黄江河畔，地势平坦。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

原是胜山村委会管的自然村。1950年属二区胜岗乡，接着1974年属胜山大队，随后1984年属胜山乡，再后来1986年析出，立笏雅大队，此后1987年改村委会，接着1989年改管理区，随后1998年复设村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

辖洋尾、洪厝围、围内三个自然村，沿通往公平、城东的公路呈带状展开。[1]

人口民族[edit]

人口2270多人，耕地2310亩。[1]

经济[edit]

种水稻、番薯、花生，也大面积种木瓜、生姜，有“勤之富专业种养合作社”等合作组织。竹器编织是传统副业，做竹箩、戽斗、竹篮、包装筐等。2020年8月，该村以西番莲入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村；2021年12月获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
