历史沿革[edit]
社区名取自辖区内的长安街。1950年这一带属海丰建政二区公平镇，接着1952年归公平乡，随后1953年复属公平区公平镇，再后来1958年入公平公社，此后1961年圩内排成四个居委会，此处按序数叫第一居委会。1984年3月公平撤社建区后，为配合服装工业和城镇的扩展，镇区居民大队的范围被划成第一居民委员会，接着2004年改称长安社区。[1]
