历史沿革[edit]

因位于潘田一带村落的中部、人口集中而得名。[1]1956年为中心高级社，1959年起称中心大队；至1983年改乡；1987年又称管理区；直到1999年定名中心村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

经济作物有烤烟、水稻和玉米；近年引进烤烟种植，并由农户种玉米，收购有保价，已见成效。[1]
