中心村是兴宁市黄陂镇的行政村，博雅地名网归为镇乡结合区，村情资料记全村4169人、874户，分46个村民小组。村内有春芝楼、泰和围两处古民居。^[1]^[2]

名称由来[edit]

传说百年前这里是黄陂河边长满杂草的沼泽，叫湖洋村；叶姓人在此居住后，又称叶屋排。以前的建制叫洋湖堡，分村时称东岭寨，后来因为它位于黄陂的中部，改称中心村。^[1]

1949年初为中心村农会，1958至1978年为中心大队，1983至1986年设中心乡政府，1989年称管理区，1999年起称中心村委会。^[1]

村情资料载耕地1073亩，村集体经济收入1.8万元，农民年人均收入4365元。^[1]

春芝楼在凌角塘，叶氏二十世祖春华（号伟堂）在清咸丰年间建起此楼，坐南向北，为二堂二横一围龙的围龙屋，整体呈椭圆形，占地718平方米，有4个厅、14间房、3个天井。堂屋与围龙屋之间落差达4米以上，两侧有28级台阶相通。兴宁市人民政府在2009年8月10日把它列入“兴宁市特色古民居”保护名单。^[3]

泰和围也在村内，年代为明、清，是兴宁市县级文物保护单位。^[2]
