地名由来[edit]

当地的说法是，行善修德能得福报，像在田里播种，秋天有收成，故名福田。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2020年11月，据惠东府函〔2020〕600号文，福田与百丘田两个社区从黄排社区划出，成为新设的居委会。[1]

社区荣誉[edit]

2024年12月，福田社区被评为「惠州市2024年度绿色社区」。[1]
