地名由来[edit]
村子原叫大阳布，因陈氏祖先号“全昌”叫得久了，便以号作村名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
全昌大队是1977年从大路大队分设的，1983年归田心乡。1987年3月，据惠东府函〔1987〕13号文单设村委，1990年改管理区，1998年改村委会。2017年10月，经粤民函〔2017〕2295号文由多祝镇划入平山街道。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，全昌村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
