罗阳街道是广东省惠州市博罗县的街道，地处东江中下游，是历代博罗县政府所在地。因位于罗山、浮山合成的罗浮山之东，取“罗山之阳”之意得名。辖区面积251.62平方千米，2020年第七次全国人口普查常住人口26.16万人，居博罗县各镇（街道）之首。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

先秦时期，罗阳一带是缚娄古国的属地，相传缚娄国曾在此建都。南朝梁天监二年，博罗县治从梁化迁到浮碇岗之西，县城此后称榕城，历代都是博罗县的政治、经济和文化中心。[3][4]

1979年建城镇人民公社，1983年11月起称城镇区。1986年1月区改为镇，县城正当罗浮山中罗山的南面，镇名由此改为罗阳。2003年，邻近的义和镇并入罗阳镇。到2017年12月27日，罗阳撤销建制镇，改设罗阳街道办事处。[3][5]

据街道概况，20世纪20年代，中共博罗县地下党组织在罗阳诞生。[4]

街道位于博罗县中南部，东江自辖区流过，长约25公里。百度百科列出的火车站有博罗站和博罗北站。[1][4]

据博雅地名网所载，街道下辖19个社区和31个行政村。2020至2021年，观华社区和城东社区先后析出多个新社区，社区数量由8个增至19个；百度百科所写“8个社区、31个行政村”是析分之前的数字。[1][3]

百度百科词条记载，2020年全街道地区生产总值为164.4亿元，固定资产投资为112.95亿元。[1]

据博雅地名网转载的街道概况，2016年全街道地区生产总值为142.14亿元；截至2017年，辖区内的企业共2412家，规模以上的有180家，支柱产业包括电子、五金、医药、服装、家具和印刷。辖区设有五个产业园区（鸿达、洲际、鸡麻地、小金、义和），惠州抽水蓄能电站和惠州剑潭水利枢纽也建在辖区内。[4]

2019年10月，罗阳街道在「2019年度全国综合实力千强镇」榜单上列第295名；2020至2022年连续三年列入阿里研究院等发布的淘宝镇名单；街道还在2011年12月入选第三届全国文明村镇名单。辖区内鸡麻地村、小金村在2022年入选淘宝村名单。[1][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

韩氏大宗祠在铁炉巷，为清代古建筑，1985年公布为博罗县县级文物保护单位。[6]

据百度百科“缚娄古国”词条，2000年罗阳镇横岭山清理出商周古墓300多座，出土铜鼎、铜甬钟、水晶手镯等器物，发掘入选全国十大考古新发现；其后广惠高速公路施工毁去了墓群，只留下少量遗址。[7]

街道概况把象头山国家级自然保护区和汤泉的高尔夫球场列为辖区内的游览去处；该保护区在博罗县境内，总面积10696.9公顷，2002年7月晋升为国家级。[4][8]
