历史沿革[edit]
清代属惠州府，民国时期属惠阳县三和乡。建国后先在惠阳县潼湖区的广和乡，1956年转入青塘乡；1958年是潼湖公社的横坑管理区；1959年划归博罗县的城镇公社，成为横坑大队；1975年属附城人民公社；1986年属罗阳镇，称横坑管理区；1999年起称横坑村民委员会。[1]
