历史沿革[edit]
社区成立之前归城东社区管理，2021年自城东社区析出，成立崇文社区居民委员会，由罗阳街道办事处管辖。社区由二十余个小区、巷道和片区合并而成，包括磷园、华裕花园、岭丫巷、纺织大厦、博新路等。2022年1月，该社区被评为惠州市2021年度绿色社区。[1]
