历史沿革[edit]

此地1958年设大队，1983年改乡，1989年起称管理区，延续到1998年改设村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

水利设施较完善，是粮食产区。除水稻外，种有蔬菜、粉葛、莲藕、地菇，近年沙糖桔和甘蔗发展较快；外出务工是主要收入来源。村集体经济收入薄弱。[1]
