历史沿革[edit]
1955年设高级社，1958年改大队，1966年曾叫红卫大队；1983年起称乡，1989年改称管理区，1998年成立村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
除种水稻外，村里以铸铁加工和废品回收为特色产业，两者都有历史传统；运输和外出务工也占一定比重。村集体经济收入薄弱。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年1月，评上「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
