历史沿革[edit]
最早是龙涵大队，1981年更名新龙大队，1989年改设管理区，1998年成立村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
地形以丘陵岗地为主。养猪、种植沙糖桔、甘蔗和桑蚕是主要产业，“谭七塘”一带的沙糖桔连片种植达1000多亩，博雅地名网称其为周边乡镇最大的沙糖桔种植基地。在市国税局帮扶下，村集体经济收入达3万多元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年9月，认定为「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」（柑桔）；2019年9月，进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
