罗岗村是洽水镇（属怀集县，肇庆市）的一个行政村，在洽水镇南部，面积约9平方千米，下设12个村民小组，村情材料记总人口1500多人。到怀集县城38公里，到洽水圩2公里[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1998年11月，怀集县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批准设立罗岗村村民委员会，而村委会就设在罗岗村，故以此为名。[1]

该村1958年编为生产大队，1983年11月改设乡，1987年又改为村委会，1989年4月起设管理区，1998年11月改称村民委员会[1]。

经济[edit]

近年在肇庆市环保部门的帮扶下，村里建起一栋四层、占地约200平方米的办公楼；靠近邻近乡镇的位置，出租门面，并利用河中沙洲建了停车场和选矿场。农业方面种速生桉，种水稻、花生，水塘养鱼、养鸭。[1]
