历史沿革[edit]
1998年11月，怀集县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批准设立洽水村村民委员会，办公地点在洽水圩，村名据此而定。[1]
该村1958年编为生产大队，1983年11月改设乡，1987年又改为村委会，1989年4月起设管理区，1998年11月改称村民委员会[1]。
经济[edit]
村委会靠着圩镇的位置，把门面租出去，换取集体收入；山上种桉树，水田种水稻、花生和蔬菜，也养猪。[1]
