田四村在汕头市潮南区陇田镇东部，北接南埔村，靠近大海。旧称心溪，后随田心分为四村，村委会驻田四，故名。全村965户、4756人，主要经营水田。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

建村在南宋端平年间（1234—1236年），明清至民国归潮阳县大坭都，1921年属田心乡；1983年称田四乡，1986年设村委会，1992年称管理区，1999年恢复村委会。[1]

概况[edit]

耕地有水田580亩、旱地50亩，山林600亩，沙园374亩，村里有三家企业，主产拉丝塑料。党员67人。[1] 田四村2019年9月进入「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单；2023年5月获评广东省卫生村（2022年度）。[1]

据百度百科，2024年11月至2025年5月，村里对总长4025米的巷道做硬底化，并规划建设17层的田四经联社农民公寓，总建筑面积7.7万平方米。[2]
