合力村在汕头市潮南区陇田镇，和惠公路北侧，紧邻成田镇，地势偏低。旧称牛沟村，因周围沟渠交错、曾是放牛之地而得名，后改名合力，寓意同心协力；2026年3月，它被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村里世居的是陈氏。其先祖明初由福建龙溪县迁到潮安庵埠，十八世碧安祖再从庵埠迁入此地创村，时间在明万历年间（1573—1619年）前后。行政上，明清至民国初属潮阳县峡山都，1921年划入第七区，1950年归沙陇乡；珠长大队在1975年一分为四，合力是其中之一，到1986年改设村委会。[1]

共250户，常住1295人，耕地340亩，分三个村民小组，产业以种植和养鱼为主，村集体收入靠鱼池承包。村里办有一家旧塑料加工厂。近年来的建设包括改建学校教学楼、从成田镇接入自来水、铺设水泥路面和建老年人活动室。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2018年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2019年9月公布）中有合力村；广东省乡村振兴局2022年1月又把它定为乡村治理示范村的创建单位（2021年度）。[1]
