红岭村是广东省韶关市乳源瑶族自治县桂头镇下辖的行政村。红岭村在镇域东面，离镇区约8公里，东邻浈江区梅村，下分4个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子四周山上的岩石呈红色土壤，故称红岭。[1]

新中国成立初设红岭乡，1958年改红岭大队，1983年设红岭乡政府，1986年设红岭村委会，1989年称红岭管理区，1998年复称村委会，沿用至今。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

地势较高、坡地多、水源缺，水稻多只种早造，晚造改种红薯等旱粮；种植以水稻为主，兼种玉米、花生、黄豆。[1]
