杨溪村是广东省韶关市乳源瑶族自治县桂头镇下辖的行政村。杨溪村在镇域北面，约10公里到镇政府驻地，北接乐昌市长来镇，对外主要经必桂公路，下有9个自然村。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村旁有小河流过，且村中以杨姓居多，故称杨溪。^[1]

新中国成立初设杨溪乡，1958年改杨溪大队，1983年设杨溪乡政府，1986年设杨溪村委会，1989年称杨溪管理区，1998年复称村委会，沿用至今。^[1]

据该页所载，共713户、3295人，耕地5900亩（未注年份）。^[1]

以水稻为主，兼种花生、马蹄、蔬菜。村内街巷多为一两米宽的转弯小巷。杨溪渡口是红七军抢渡武江战斗的遗址。^[1]^[2]

2024年3月，获「2023年度广东省卫生村」命名；2019年9月，在「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」之列。^[1]
