历史沿革[edit]
因草田坪河从村旁流过，故称小江。[1]
新中国成立初设小江乡，1958年改小江大队，1983年设小江乡政府，1986年设小江村委会，1989年称小江管理区，1998年复称村委会，沿用至今。[1]
