历史沿革[edit]
村子四周山上的岩石呈红色土壤，故称红岭。[1]
新中国成立初设红岭乡，1958年改红岭大队，1983年设红岭乡政府，1986年设红岭村委会，1989年称红岭管理区，1998年复称村委会，沿用至今。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
