地名与沿革[edit]
据记载，三围由泥沙淤积、拍围成田而成，形成于1821至1911年之间；晚清时围垦建村。1953年属石排乡，1958年同沙公堡合为三沙大队，1971年分开，1984年改乡，1987年改设村民委员会。[1][2]
遗存[edit]
和丰围海堤修有通往石楼镇的渡轮码头，先用人力摆渡，后改柴油轮渡。海堤水闸边曾有一座1937年日军修建的炮楼；和丰围内有一棵约118年树龄的大榕树，树冠覆盖约一亩。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
据村情介绍，全村面积约3.2平方千米，耕地约2600亩，870户、3060人；村内有企业12家，种植水稻、香蕉、蔬菜并养殖四大家鱼。[2]
