桃石村位于大埔县大麻镇境内，属英雅片，在梅州市、广东省的行政区划中是大麻镇所辖的一个村。村落主要由石涧和桃子輋两处居民点组成，各取首字合成村名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代属大埔县三河新寨社的阴那坑村，清代属三河社阴那坑村。2003年7月英雅镇并入大麻镇后，随之划归大麻镇，此前1998年改设村民委员会，1988年改称管理区，1986年冬起属英雅乡桃石村委会，1983年12月为英雅区桃石乡，1961年改属英雅公社并设桃石生产大队，1958年人民公社化时归三河公社的水兴生产大队，1952年属水兴乡，民国属三河区英雅乡。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
据村情页（未注明年份），全村分8个村民小组，在册182户、688人，耕地592亩，主要经济作物为柚子，上一年农村经济总收入583万元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2020年8月，桃石村列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，主导产业为茶叶。[1]
