敬里村位于大埔县大麻镇境内，属河东片，在梅州市、广东省的行政区划中是大麻镇所辖的一个村。村落地形狭长，形如一条小路，最初叫「径里」，后改写为「敬里」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
嘉靖三十六年（1557年）之后，刘氏第六世先民从弓州上村迁入，与少数张姓、黄姓人家共同建村，村名「径里」，属大麻社弓洲村。1998年改设村民委员会，此前1988年改称管理区，1986年冬设村委会，1983年12月复为敬里乡，1978年3月改隶恭洲公社，1958年人民公社化时成为大麻公社的敬里生产大队，1957年并入恭洲乡，1952年「径里」改称「敬里」并设敬里乡，1949年属麻东乡，民国三十二年（1943年）前后属恭洲乡。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
据村情页（未注明年份），全村分19个村民小组，在册465户、1768人，耕地864亩，主要经济作物为柚子，上一年农村经济总收入1511万元。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
德馨世守为民国时期建筑，在大埔县第九批县级文物保护单位之列。[3]
