恭上村位于大埔县大麻镇境内，属河东片，在梅州市、广东省的行政区划中是大麻镇所辖的一个村。村内小溪沿村境曲成「弓」字形，故旧称弓洲，后写作恭洲；恭上在恭洲的左上部分，因此得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明永乐年间（1403年至1424年），刘氏从兴宁岗背镇迁来开基，形成恭上聚落。1998年改设村民委员会，此前1988年改称管理区，1986年冬设村委会，1983年12月为恭上乡，1978年3月改隶恭洲公社，1958年人民公社化时成为大麻公社的恭上生产大队，1957年属恭洲乡，1949年属麻东乡，民国三十二年（1943年）前后属恭洲乡，嘉靖三十六年（1557年）前后属大麻社弓洲村。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
据村情页（未注明年份），全村分11个村民小组，在册358户、1294人，耕地543亩，主要经济作物为柚子，上一年农村经济总收入1225万元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2021年12月，恭上村获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
