双桥村是高州市大坡镇的行政村，因村里的溪上有两座石板桥而得名，2026年3月被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
名称由来[edit]
村中小溪上铺着两条石板桥，所以叫双桥。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
双桥高级社成立于1959年，归朋情管区；1960年起称双桥大队，1983年起叫双桥乡，1986年起叫农村管理区，1999年起由双桥村民委员会管理。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年3月，该村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇；2019年10月，列入2019年广东省卫生村名录。[1]
