历史沿革[edit]
1958年起称皇母大队；1961年并入锦山大队（与集益同），1975年分出，复称皇母大队。1987年设立皇母村委会，先隶属赤坭区公所，当年3月起归赤坭镇人民政府管辖。[1]
著名人物[edit]
宋居仁（1854—1937），原名作松，赤㘵村（今属皇母村）人，少年家贫，以牧牛为生；后应招赴檀香山做了三年华工，期满后留下从事农牧业。[2]
经济[edit]
集体收入主要来自各经济社出租土地。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2023年度广东省卫生村（2024年3月命名）；广州市2024年度充分就业社区（村）（2024年11月认定）。[1]
