南村位于洪阳镇，德安里在村内，是清代广东水师提督方耀的府第。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明万历三年（1575年）设普宁县后，此地为南门乡，一直延续到新中国成立前；1949年12月设南龙乡，存续到1957年8月；1963年12月组成西南大队，1979年9月改为南村管理区；1987年归洪阳镇，设南村村委会；1991年再次作管理区；1999年回到村委会名称，沿用至今。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

德安里是方耀的府第，方耀为清代广东水师提督，此建筑始建于同治年间，分老寨、中寨与新寨三片；其民居群为省级文物保护单位。[2][3]
