南塘村是广东省揭阳市揭东区霖磐镇下辖的行政村，镇道穿过村境，西面与东洲村相隔。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村寨始建于明代嘉靖年间。民国时期村地归揭阳县永睦乡管辖，1949年后划入磐西区联南乡。1961年归霖磐公社，称联南大队；1966年改编为新联大队；1983年设南塘乡；1986年设立南塘村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

2009年，村中农渔业、工业与加工业合计产值33500万元，村民人均收入约3000元，经济以水产养殖和羊毛加工为主。[2]
