红卫社区是广东省清远市英德市英红镇下辖的社区，与石灰铺镇、横石塘镇相邻，地域与外镇犬牙交错。社区约有2600人口，居民中归难侨多以种茶和种果为生。[2]

红卫社区以“美丽侨村”建设为抓手，近年来推进风貌提升，2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1][3]

历史与产业[edit]

社区于2021年9月被广东省农业农村厅列入第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，专业方向为红茶。[1]

社区依托侨乡与茶产业，把旧茶场厂房等历史遗存重新利用，并多年来坚持举办归国华侨的文艺沙龙。社区还把产业收益用于文化事业，资助晚会和侨风民俗活动。[3]

风貌与基础设施[edit]

2023年以来，社区多方筹集资金1245.4万元，又引来二千万元以上的社会资本，建成侨心广场、茶文化主题景观墙等地标。[3]

镇政府介绍，红卫社区配齐了4.5公里道路的安全防护设施及320盏路灯，并打造了面积约4000平方米的「四小园」。[4]

规划[edit]

《英德市英红镇红卫社区村庄规划（2021—2035年）》的批后公告发布于2025年1月10日，英德市人民政府批准该规划的日期为2024年12月25日。研究范围面积1044.16公顷；至2035年，耕地保有量须达到保护目标，永久基本农田不少于158.16公顷，生态保护红线不少于184.40公顷，村庄建设用地为65.34公顷。[6]

红卫社区是镇内规划的中心村之一，规划提出推动土地节约集约利用和紧凑布局。[7]

发展计划[edit]

根据2026年的五年发展计划，社区拟将闲置用房改造为「共享工坊」，帮助特殊群体在家门口就业，预计五年内带动100人次灵活就业。[5]
