历史沿革[edit]
这里1990年1月先设管理区，1998年改设社区居委会，名称沿用至今。[1]2004年划入新设的城北街道。[2]
地理环境[edit]
东邻角湖垌村，南接东圣居委会，西连永兴居委会，东北与上县村相邻。辖区内有地税、林业、电信、供电等机关单位，以及永兴市场、康福医院和中学、小学等。[1]居委会的办公楼为一幢三层建筑，约750平方米。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，社区列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
