历史沿革[edit]

1948年，此地归云溪乡管辖。1949年保甲制撤销后，设为行政村，属第九区；1953年改隶九区的塘坪乡。[1]

1958年成立人民公社，设上村大队；1983年又成立上村乡级人民政府；1987年改为上村管理区，1999年撤区，改设上村村委会。[1]
