上洞村是紫金县古竹镇下辖的行政村，原属汤坑，1952年与下洞村分开。[1]

建置沿革[edit]

汤坑为古地名：永安县明隆庆三年（1569年）建县时，宽得都苦竹派社有十四村，汤坑是其一；清代仍称汤坑，属苦竹派约二十村。1952年5月以汤坑河为界，把汤坑分作上洞、下洞两乡。上洞1958年改为生产大队，后称上洞乡（1983年）、上洞村委会（1987年），1998年成立村委会，沿用至今。[1]
